HOW YOU WILL SOAR:

The Mail Processor supports the Company by being a front-line team member in the Omaha, NE Distribution center. The ideal incumbent will have previous mailroom or print experience. The role requires attention to detail needed to ensure high quality output that is free from errors.

• Open, sort, and process incoming mail, for scanning and distribution to other departments

• Print large quantities of Company issued letters and statements for members

• Process reports for bank deposits

• Receive and record incoming UPS, FedEx and priority mail packages for processing

• Other duties as assigned

IF YOU HAVE SOME OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING, APPLY:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Valid Driver’s License required

• 0-2 years of applicable experience

• Excellent analytical skills with a proactive nature

• Strong organization skills with a drive to meet deadlines

• An affinity for accuracy and efficiency

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word (including mail merge) and Outlook

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• An aptitude for prioritization and multi-tasking

• Strong collaboration skills

• A drive to learn and apply new concepts quickly
