HOW YOU WILL SOAR:
The Sales Analyst will report to the Sr. Director, Strategic & Planning in the Sales - Retirement Services Department. This role is responsible for for providing support to the Retirement Services Sales team by tracking inquires, working with internal business units to resolve issues, conducting research, and managing data from Salesforce. The ideal candidate will have an affinity for working with large data sets and a high attention to detail.
Provide support to the Sales staff by identifying opportunities, increasing communications, and coordinating engagement, events, reminders, and lists
Deliver lead generation and prospecting support through data mining and extraction of key information
Lead liaison between Sales and IT, to support, improve, and create reports and dashboards in Salesforce
Collect, maintain and perform analysis of data using Salesforce.com and various internet and database search tools
Perform manual and automated data clean-up of Salesforce.com using MS Excel pivot tables, data sorting functionality and queries
Assist with requests for proposal (RFPs), searches, and notifications as needed.
Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reporting as required by management and sales staff
Provide trend analysis of sales data and proforma projections
Work with Finance to track revenue and expenses and projections
Track client pipeline for Sales Leaders
Assist with tracking Sales Leaders’ annual client targets
Track overall investment related to key client wins
Work to continually enhance the data consistency, data entry user interface capabilities, improve functionality and streamline data processes
Create and review presentations and proposals as needed
Support conference activity working with Managing Director, Sales staff and Marketing
Research and analyze information to support sales efforts and integrated marketing automation campaigns
Responsible for special projects such as analyzing offerings, processes and pricing as directed
Other duties as assigned
IF YOU HAVE SOME OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING, APPLY:
Associates degree (bachelor’s preferred)
1-3 years of applicable experience
Strong proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Excel and Word)
Self-starter with solid time management skills
Able to prioritize and organize multiple projects
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work as team member
Experience with databases/data management; Salesforce.com or other CRM tool
