HOW YOU WILL SOAR:
This role is responsible for maximizing the corporate brand image, elevating internal and external communications, enhancing content and digital marketing, and advancing marketing operations. They will improve the effectiveness of client growth, engagement, retention, and loyalty initiatives to drive revenue and exceed growth objectives. This key leadership role will involve managing and optimizing cross-functional teams, fostering creativity, and driving innovative marketing strategies to elevate our brand. The Managing Director, Marketing will report to the Chief Marketing Officer in the Marketing department.

IF YOU HAVE SOME OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING, APPLY:
15+ years of experience across marketing, digital marketing, and marketing technology
Master’s degree in marketing, business, analytics, or technology or MBA
6+ years of leadership experience
Experience in B2B2C marketing preferred, B2B marketing experience required
Experience in financial services, wealth management, or employee benefits industry
Proven experience as a senior marketing leader, preferably in a managerial role.
Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies.
Experience leading more than one area of B2B marketing with proven success.
Effective storyteller with senior leadership and executive audiences, contextualizing the problem statements, the vision, the work, and influencing/shaping the thinking of others at senior level and above
Excellent leadership and team management skills. with the ability to influence internally and externally to creative opportunities for the company
Ability to be viewed as a collaborative and influential leader
Creative and data driven mindset to ensure efforts are bold, relevant and reach desired audiences
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and leverage data for decision-making.
Experience working in a sale-led organization
Proven experience with growth: achievement of leads, sales, awareness, retention, and sales, membership growth, retention, and profitability goals
Ability to articulate a strategic vision to stakeholders and generates options to determine the most effective implementation approach
Operates with an ownership mindset, proactively identify problems, and engage the right people to understand and creatively solve them
Ability to analyze competitive environment to support and improve communications, sales efforts, and market presence
