HOW YOU WILL SOAR:
The Business Development Manager will report to the Director of Sales at NuView Trust. The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving revenue in their assigned geographic territory by selling NuView Trust Self Directed IRAs primarily to individuals and referral partners. The Business Development Manager client size segment varies by lead source but is primarily focused on targeting new clients such as self-directed investors interested in Real Estate, Notes, Cryptocurrency, Private Equity, and more. The Business Development Manager delivers value to individuals by developing deep industry, and product knowledge, and becoming a resource.
Plan and execute sales strategies using HubSpot to meet targets
Work with the Sales Director to create clear sales and marketing plans
Grow prospecting database and opportunities while pursuing new leads
Expand business by leveraging industry contacts and delivering presentations
Cross sell other Inspira Financial products such as 1031 exchanges and Fund Admin/Custody
Understand client needs and offer suitable solutions
Stay updated on industry changes to position our services effectively
Research competitors to maintain industry leadership
Collaborate with internal teams for effective operations
Meet sales goals in the designated region and handle other assigned tasks
Expect 50% yearly travel for engaging with businesses
IF YOU HAVE SOME OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING, APPLY:
Bachelor's Degree or related field experience
2-4 years of applicable experience
Experience within the Real Estate, Title, Lending, Cryptocurrency is a plus
Excellent spelling, communication, and negotiation skills
Ability to prioritize, plan and take initiative
Well organized and able to manage multiple projects
Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM tool
Ability to work as a team member and collaborate cross-functionally
